The Pharmacy Project is a Brooklyn based dance company directed by Nora Petroliunas.
Nora Petroliunas has shown work in Chicago, New York City and its surrounding buroughs, and Burgos, Spain. Her work has been presented at the Reverb Festival, Cool NY, Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center, the Creek and the Cave, and 100 Grand. She co-founded and was the artistic director of the Brooklyn based dance collective, pocket engine, from 2006-2008, showing works in alternative spaces and festivals around New York. The group was also the recipient of a Brooklyn Arts Council Grant. Under the guise of pocket engine, her choreography and dancing was presented in Sam Bassett’s documentary, Storme and danced atop the roof of the Chelsea Hotel.
